Who are we? We're innovative and we provide innovative hosting for innovative people!
We've been in the business one way or another for a long time, since 1999! Our staff have worked for a number of other hosting companies throughout the years and have learned what works and what really doesn't. We've banged our heads together to create a hosting company that 'Just Works'. We're innovative and listen to our customers wants and needs. This approach keeps our customers happy. Happy customers mean happy staff - we're one big happy family!
We know that more options on offer means our customers will be able to find exactly what they need and want all in one place. This is why we've developed the Xavvo Freedom and 'Ready to Go' packages.
We also know that sometimes thing will go wrong. We pride ourself on being open and honest with our customers and will not hide behind technical jargon to baffle you. If something goes wrong, we'll inform you via our Twitter feed. That way you know we're aware of the problem and are already working on it!
Above all, we know that we don't know everything! We're always happy to hear from our customers and love getting feedback about things we're doing well or things we can improve. All comments and suggestions from you guys are very welcome!
